Réflexion sur l'apparition du village médiéval et de la forme radioconcentrique aux environs de l'an Mille (XIème siècle), avec laquelle on prétend contribuer à la connaissance de ces deux objets médiévaux dans la région du Bas Mondego. En complément d'une approche plus générale, l'auteur prend en exemple l'actuelle ville de Ega (Condeixa-a-Nova, Portugal), dont l'origine est liée à l'Ordre du Temple, au XIIème siècle. Dans une perspective interdisciplinaire, il défend le dialogue entre l'Archéologie, l'Histoire et la plus récente discipline, l'Archéogéographie

The places of Ega, Arrifana and Picota can be found at the Baixo Mondego landscape, on the hinge between the ground terrains and the hills terrains, articulated, considering this case, by the Mouros river, an important affluent on the south bank of the Mondego. Within this dissertation in the field of Modern and Medieval Archaeology, a morphologic analysis is carried out considering these three places. Such analysis is perfomed on a long-term development logic, in order to better understand the occupation and exploitation of the field. Thus, this thesis focuses itself on planimetrics.
This dissertation underlines the landscapes building processes, considering the scale of these places, but going beyond when necessary, for instance, on the road network case, which, although immeasurable by the scale of traditional disciplines, allows to trace down with considerable coverage the development of the researched area. Hence, the research demonstrates the ability of this kind of analysis to perfom a contribution, an autonomous one, to the enlightenment of different social, political, territorial and economic issues of human societies.
